- Technical Delegates oversee the technical delivery of competitions and ensure compliance with IPCH regulations.

- Referee Observers observe and mentor referees, promoting consistent officiating standards.
- Jury Members oversee match administration, protests and tournament procedures.
- Classifiers assess athletes’ eligible impairments and assign Sport Classes to ensure fair and meaningful competition.
